Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to make changes, including:
- Adding or removing items

- Changing the shipping address

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Entige cannot guarantee replacement, redelivery, or a refund.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Entige is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears to be missing, we recommend:
