Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With any included accessories/manuals
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide details about the issue so our support team can begin the return or refund process.

Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product

Please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

For damaged items, please send us a clear video and photos of the product and packaging as soon as possible to help us process your request faster.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to request a return (if eligible) and, once approved, place a new order for the product you want.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our return policy instead.

We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after placing your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account

If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, the refund may be declined.
